What is CSP?

 

CSP is the computer skills program.  It is a program that provides blended education and support services on computers and other technology.

 

What is technology at your own pace?

 

Technology at your own pace is at the heart of the CSP.  We provide in-person and online education and support services customized to to each client.  Our goal is to make technology accessible, understandable and practical so clients will have an easier time integrating it into their lives.

 

Who teaches CSP content?

 

Our educators are experienced certified technicians with diverse backgrounds who continually upgrade their skills to be at the forefront of technology.

 

Who are CSP clients?

 

CSP clients come from a variety of culturally diverse and socioeconomic backgrounds.  They include seniors, persons with disabilities including mental health challenges, people who are trying to begin a career as a computer technician or others who simply want to gain knowledge about their recently purchased computers.

 

What certifications do you support?

 

We support content from several entry level vendor-neutral, Apple and other IT certifications.  Our certification content will prepare you to take the necessary exams to achieve these industry wide certifications.

The Aunty Virus newsletter is a weekly whimsical newsletter offering recommendations for websites, online resources and technology tips.

 

What support services do you provide?

 

In addition to our blended education options, we offer limited computer technical support, consultation and technology referral services.

 

How do you choose your online content?

 

Our online content is chosen from the most relevant content for our clients.  We are continually working to add new courses and resources.

 

How do you develop your content?

 

Our content comes from a variety of published, online and collaborative resources.  We are continually updating our content to be as accurate and relevant as possible.

 

Do you provide resources for educators and other support professionals?

 

We can provide lesson plans, outlines, study guides and referrals centered around our content to aide educators and support professionals.
